SHIHO is an abstract artist who is based on Japan and USA.
Many various expressions are in her work. She uses visual mediums in many forms: sketches, oil, and watercolor for expressing ideas pictorially; illustrations for advertising purposes or as merchandise; designs; works that promote deeper consideration. No matter what she is expressing, she always create pieces based on her experience and abilities.
To her, the meaning of “expression” is not limited to creating and putting on display. It is more. It is an attempt to discover how to use a medium to create and display.
Further, visual creations are not simply tangible works availed to sight. Visual expression is often steeped in the society in which it is created.
